Email Hero is also known officially as Email Hero by AISQ, and was previously known as Email Hero by Squirrly (before the Squirrly.co brand evolved and re-branded into AISQ, from AISQ.com)
By accessing or using Email Hero, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
1. Use of Our Services
Email Hero is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables powerful email marketing. You may use our services only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

- Circumvent access restrictions, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
4. AI-Powered Features
Some features of Email Hero use artificial intelligence and integrations with external services (e.g., OpenAI, Pinecone, Google APIs). You understand that:
- AI-generated insights are suggestions and not guaranteed outcomes.
- Data processing by third-party APIs is governed by their respective policies.
- We are not liable for errors or omissions in AI-generated content.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
Email Hero offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
- Authorize recurring billing unless canceled before renewal.
- Manage your own subscription, upgrades, and cancellations through your dashboard.
Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated, Email Hero operates under a no-refund policy. Refunds are only granted if:
- Requested within 24 hours of the first payment AND
- No usage of the product has occurred.
6. User-Generated Content
When using Email Hero’s features, you may upload or enter content. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it to provide services.
You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your uploaded data. We reserve the right to remove content that violates laws or these Terms.
7. API and Integrations
If you access Email Hero APIs or integrate third-party services (Google, OpenAI, etc.), you agree to their respective terms. We may suspend or revoke API access at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Email Hero platform (excluding your content) are owned by Squirrly Limited. This includes software, designs, logos, and documentation.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of our service without our written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in behavior that harms the integrity of our systems or other users.
You may also terminate your account at any time from your dashboard.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Email Hero is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific results, uptime, or data accuracy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squirrly Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use Email Hero. In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid by you in the previous 6 months.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
